Du Yun

Composer and all-round artistic polymath Du Yun was born in Shanghai and currently lives in New York City. Along the way, she has garnered a Guggenheim Fellowship, a Pulitzer Prize (for her 2016 opera Angel’s Bone), and other sundry awards and accolades for her diverse work.
